We used a black background, as this represents darkness and connotes feelings of fear. The font looks as if it has been written in blood, and we used a blood red colour for the logo and slogan, which links to our film, seeing as it is to do with Vampires and blood is an important factor in vampire movies. The 'coming soon' is in a typical horror movie type font and looks quite thrilling and has connotations of murder.
